Our modern bulk loader can be used to transport free-flowing bulk goods, such as fertiliser or salt. The goods arrive onboard the ship either via direct transloading, i.e., from freight cars or lorries, or via indirect transloading, i.e., from the warehouse via a closed pipe system with integrated conveyor belts. This results in an output of 400-500 t/h, depending on the transported product.

Hagel stands for enormous flexibility and guaranteed clean transloading. The system is thoroughly cleaned after each loading process and the pipe system provides protection against environmental influences.

Basic data for ship loading with bulk loader:
Transloading Products Capacity Weighing
Direct transloading ex freight car/lorry Free-flowing bulk goods (e.g., fertiliser, salt) Approx. 500 t/h Carriage weight
Transloading ex warehouse Approx. 400 t/h Calibrated belt weigher
Direct ship loading

Direct loading of ships with our bulk loader, for goods that arrive via freight cars or lorries.

Indirect ship loading

Careful removal of goods from the air-conditioned warehouse using a scraper. Indirect loading of ships with our bulk loader, retrieval of goods from the company’s warehouse.
